A CT Digital Media Public Policy Roundtable - Creating jobs and business the digital media industry

The recession has forced public policy decision-makers to refocus on job and business creation while President Obama has promised to boost the broadband infrastructure to create a million or more jobs.  Connecticut’s location and talent base are perfectly suited to take advantage of and create a new growth economy based on the digital media industries.  The challenge – creating public policy that results not only in new jobs, but in an environment for entrepreneurs to create a new generation of businesses.  Join this roundtable to hear where digital media jobs and business opportunities are emerging and how public policy can ensure they grow right here in Connecticut.
